Who operates this website
XG Processing Group is a registered assumed name of XG Enterprise, LLC. This website describes third-party mortgage loan processing and administrative support for licensed mortgage companies and mortgage loan originators. It is not a consumer loan application portal.
Business contact information
The inquiry form asks for a name, work email, optional business phone, optional company or organization, a selected inquiry topic, and an optional message. When you submit it, the information is sent through this website's hosting provider (Vercel) to an email delivery service (Resend), which delivers it by email to Ximena Garavito at XG Processing Group and to a second inbox used by XG's website and marketing service provider, Creadtive Agency, to help follow up on inquiries. The form entries are not stored in a database on this website.
If you choose to call or email XG directly, XG receives the information you choose to provide. Use those channels for general business questions, privacy requests, or accessibility assistance only. Do not send borrower records or sensitive documents.
Technical information and third-party services
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the website. The site requests typefaces from Google Fonts, which creates a connection from your browser to Google's font service.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and the approximate region, device and browser of visitors. Google Analytics does not log or store full IP addresses. We also use Google Search Console, which provides aggregate information about how the website appears in Google Search and does not collect information about individual visitors. This website does not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers, and XG does not sell or share visitors' personal information for advertising. Third-party sites linked from this website have their own privacy practices.

Access is limited to XG personnel and the service providers named in this policy (Vercel, Resend, Creadtive Agency, and Google for analytics) who support those purposes. XG does not sell inquiry information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Retention and your requests
XG keeps business inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to meet its business and legal recordkeeping needs. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You may contact Ximena Garavito to request information about the handling of your business contact details, ask for correction or deletion where applicable, or request that follow-up communications stop. Identity verification may be needed before responding to a request; do not send sensitive identity documents through this website.
Sensitive information and loan documents
Do not enter Social Security numbers, financial account information, bank statements, tax returns, or borrower records into this website. Document exchange, if offered, must take place through an approved secure, encrypted portal under the relevant service arrangement, not a regular contact form or standard email attachment system.
